At Islampur Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your online order at any time before it has been processed or dispatched for delivery. Please call us immediately to ensure your cancellation is successful.

After Dispatch: If the order is already on its way to you, we may not be able to cancel it, but you can request a return upon delivery.
Returns We accept returns on most items within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return items directly to our store on Congress Road, or contact us to arrange a return for a delivered order.
Non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt:

Perishable goods (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy products)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) or in-store cash purchases, refunds will be provided in cash at the store.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
